Trees for Better Africa understands that forests are the lungs of the environment because they produce oxygen that is essential for humans and animals. We also recognize that protecting forests brings many benefits, including absorbing carbon dioxide, which helps reduce the effects of climate change.
In addition, forests help prevent soil erosion, support the water cycle, and provide a habitat for animals, birds, and insects. To date, we have planted more than 420,000 trees as part of our forest conservation efforts.
